- Receipt or proof of purchase within 2 days of purchase. Items past 2 days of purchase date, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods are not guaranteed and must be kept refrigerated.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
NB Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
